A basic cable tester designed to quickly test unshielded Cat5E and Cat6 cables for continuity. With one button push, it automatically scans all pairs of the test cable for open wires or shorts. Using the provided set of DIP switches and jumpers, the user can test the actual pin configuration, or rewire cables for various results. Test cable installations up to 200 meters (656 feet).
